 Popular content creators Peller and Jarvis have continued to generate reactions online following their court wedding, where a lighthearted exchange with the marriage registrar stole the spotlight.


During the ceremony, the registrar informed the couple that violating their marriage vows by contracting another marriage while the first is still valid amounts to bigamy, a criminal offence punishable by a minimum of five years imprisonment without the option of a fine.



Reacting to the warning, Jarvis asked, "Is the five years for the man only or both of us?"


Peller, visibly surprised, also interrupted the proceedings, saying, "Wait, wait... I get question. For marriage?"


After the registrar repeated, "5 years imprisonment," Peller jokingly responded, "For marriage? We will not break it, but ah, I don't know how prison enter this love... We are good."


The registrar then continued with the ceremony, asking Peller to repeat his vows: "Forsaking all other women. Clinging to you only. Till death do us part."
