Russia launched an attack on an industrial site in the city of Svitlovodsk, located in Ukraine’s central Kirovohrad region, injuring three people, according to local authorities. Governor Andriy Raikovych announced on Telegram that the attack caused a fire, which has since been contained. He also reported damage to 76 private homes and a nine-story residential building. The incident resulted in power outages affecting around 1,400 residents.
