Polish Man Pawel K. Indicted for Alleged Russian Plot to Assassinate Ukraine’s President Zelenskiy

 

A Polish man, Pawel K., has been indicted for allegedly plotting to help Russian intelligence services assassinate Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy. Arrested in April 2024, Pawel K. faces up to 8 years in prison for collecting information on security at a Polish airport and providing it to Russians involved in the Ukraine war. Poland has become a key target for Russian spies due to its role in supplying Western military aid to Ukraine.
