Mele Kyari's Reign as NNPC CEO Comes to an End

 

Mele Kyari is trending in Nigeria because the geologist has been sacked from his position as Group CEO of NNPC.

Kyari's sack occurred as a result of President Tinubu's attempt to reconstitute the the corporation board, hence the removal of NNPC chairman, Pius Akinyelure and the appointment of Bashir Ojulari, former Shell CEO, as Mele Kyari's replacement.
