Disneyland Paris prepares Amid Universal's European Expansion Plans.

Disneyland Paris is trending in the United Kingdom because Universal is planning its first European theme park north of London, a potential competitor.

Backed by Prime Minister Keir Starmer, this development has led to talk among Brits, who are comparing it to Disneyland Paris, a popular spot for UK families, especially given the new park’s strategic location near a major tourist hub.

UK PM Keir Starmer confirmed the Universal theme park will create 28,000 jobs, with 80% hired locally, while delivering a £50bn economic boost.

Set near Bedford, it’s one of Europe’s largest planned parks, with Universal promising thrilling rides and attractions.

This project, part of a broader change plan, aims to rival top destinations like Disneyland Paris, exciting UK theme park fans.
