The model comprises seven pillars:

- _Production, Processing, and Marketing_: Supporting agro-industrialization, private sector development, digital transformation, and manufacturing programs.

- _Infrastructure and Economic Services_: Improving access to essential services and infrastructure.

- _Financial Inclusion_: Enhancing access to financial services.

- _Social Services_: Providing critical social services.

- _Community Data_: Establishing a community information system.

The PDM aims to:

- Generate 70 million jobs in seven million homesteads through modern agriculture.

- Transition 39% of low-income households from subsistence to commercial agriculture.
