Video: Popular Whistleblower Details Government Hijacking of Petrol Distribution

A popular Northern whistleblower named Dan Bello, has in a fresh exposé video, revealed how the "Tulumbu" administration hijacked Nigeria's petroleum production and ownership of The Oando Filling Station. The whistleblower explained that the current administration had taken charge of the process during "Tulumbu's'' tenure as governor of Lagos state.  The whistleblower stated that in that time, "Tulumbu" had used a company named "Ibile Holdings" to take out a 4 billion naira loan from Ecobank which was at the time the bank that managed most of the allocated revenue received by Lagos State.

Dan Bello asserted that the collateral with which the loan had been taken out, was huge land property belonging to the Lagos state government and its citizens. The whistleblower further revealed that under the "Tulumbu" leadership as governor of Lagos state 20 years ago, the 4 billion naira had been laundered to The British Virgin Islands. A few years afterwards, the Obasanjo administration had reached the decision to nationalize unilpetrol, thus calling for private investors, Dan Bello asserted that "Tulumbu" had via fictitious investors from The Virgin Islands, purchased the Oando Filling Station from the Nigerian government. The whistleblower further clarified that after Ecobank demanded repayment of the Loan, "Tulumbu" had handed over the land(originally used as collateral to obtain the loan) publicly owned by the Lagos State Government to the bank as "repayment".
