In a now viral clip, Nollywood actress Kehinde Bankole, has been applauded for her elegance and poise during her appearance as a guest on a podcast titled Duke Rants. Sharing her opinion on nudity and nude film roles, Kehinde Bankole emphasized that she was willing to go as far as intelligently required to make a film successful. The AMVCA award winning actress cited Kenyan-Mexican Hollywood star Lupita Nyong'o's nudity in the biographical drama film "12 Years a Slave", as a solid example of the kind of nudity she considered "intelligently required" of an actor.

Reacting to Kehinde Bankole's opinion on nudity, netizens have applauded her sensible mode of conversation as well as her graceful reaction to the questions and opinions from the podcast's host which have now been deemed disrespectful and unworthy points of conversation from the show's host. Netizens also harshly criticized the podcast's host for unprofessional conduct in his questioning of the actress as well as his approach of inciting a situation where Kehinde Bankole's words and thoughts could be taken out of context, thus leading to probable backlash.
