Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has declared that he will not submit to trial in any Nigerian court.
This statement came after Justice Nyako rejected his lawyer's argument that the Supreme Court had previously ruled that his initial bail should not have been revoked.
Kanu protested loudly from the dock, insisting that any attempt to try him would be a violation of Nigeria's Constitution and international laws.
