General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries(OPM), Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, has become a traditional ruler in Abia state. The clergyman who was handed his staff of office by governor Alex Otti, was crowned the Ihie 1 of Ikwuorie autonomous community in Ohanku Ndoki Ukwa East Local Government Area of Abia State. Before Apostle Chinyere's ascension to the throne, the community had reportedly been without a king for nearly a decade, as the last king passed away in 2013.

Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere founded Omega Power Ministries popularly referred to as OPM, in 2006. Widely acclaimed for his philanthropic deeds, the general overseer runs a charity foundation and is reportedly responsible for the education expense of more than five thousand people across the country. Omega Power Ministries is headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and the general overseer has received national recognition for his philanthropic deeds.
