A plumber, Mr. Desmond Igbo, has dragged his wife before a Customary Court in Jikwoyi, FCT, on Tuesday, accusing her of having two children with another man.
In his divorce petition, Mr. Igbo, who lives within the court's jurisdiction, stated that his wife Rosemary confessed to him that only their second child was biologically his, while the other two were not.
"My wife is having extra-marital affairs. She confessed to me that only my second child was my biological child.
"She said that the other two were not my biological children.
He expressed heartbreak over this revelation, having cared for all three children for 13 years.

Mr. Igbo cited lack of love and understanding in the marriage as additional reasons for seeking divorce.
Rosemary, a businesswoman, denied the accusations.
The presiding judge, Thelma Baba, encouraged the couple to consider reconciliation and scheduled the next hearing for March 25 for a report on any progress made.
