A Facebook user identified as Pastorr Fortune Makarios, has one day after the death of Nollywood actor, John Okafor, better known as Mr Ibu, compared the veteran actor's death with the 82nd birthday celebration of clergyman and General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye. In his comparison, the Facebook pastor claimed that those who genuinely like the RCCG general overseer, cannot die in untimely fashion.

In his post, the Facebook pastor stated that Pastor Adeboye was celebrating a ripe age of 82 while Mr Ibu has passed away at the age of 62. Pastorr Fortune Makarios while asking his audience what they learned from the death of the actor and birthday celebration of the clergyman, urged them to serve God with their lives. In his words: "Use your Life to Serve GOD. UNTIMELY DEATH SHALL NOT BE YOUR PORTION IN JESUS NAME."
