The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has released a bulletin declaring four person's wanted for conspiring with former governor of Central Bank, Godwin Emefiele, to convert huge sum of money belonging to the federal government for personal gains. The list of four wanted individuals includes Mrs Margaret Dumbiri Emefiele, wife of Godwin Emefiele.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in the wanted bulletin further accused the four people on the list of obtaining money by false pretenses and stealing, actions which are considered felonies and punishable under the criminal law of Lagos state. Asides Mrs Emefiele, the other three suspects named by the crimes commission are: Husband and wife, Jonathan and Joy Omolre, as well as a man identified as Eric Ocheme Odoh, all of whose last know addresses are located in Lagos and Abuja respectively.
