A 39 year old mother of nineteen children is currently expecting her twentieth child. The woman identified as Martha who is a native of Medellin, Colombia, has stated that she will keep having children until she's no longer physically able to. Seventeen of Martha's soon-to-be twenty children, are currently below the age of 18 and she receives financial support from the government on behalf of each child. Each month the Colombian government pays the 39 year old an estimated $510 as financial aid for her large family.

Martha conceived all of her children with different men and has stated the she thinks of motherhood as a business. Despite her decision to keep having children until she's no longer able to, the 39 year old pregnant mother of nineteen has confessed that providing for her many children can be a struggle as the money she receives from the government barely covers the cost of raising and caring for them. Martha has stated that she lives in a small three bedroom apartment and her eldest child has to sleep on the sofa.
