Nnamdi Kanu Sacks Legal Team

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has relieved his legal team of their services. The IPOB leader reportedly fired all members of his legal team barely a month after The Supreme Court on 15th December 2023, nullified the 26th October judgement of An Appeal Court sitting in Enugu ordering his release from prison. According to a formal termination letter issued Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's legal team, the decision to relieve them of their services was taken as a result of the IPOB leader's loss of confidence in their professional abilities. Further reports reveal that Mazi Kanu has approached another legal firm in Cross River state to handle his legal affairs.
