Former Guinness World Records Title holder and celebrity chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey better known as Hilda Baci, has in a podcast interview revealed that she is not romantically interested in a man who knows how to cook. The chef emphasized that she loved cooking and could get out of bed at any time of the day to cook for her loved ones especially a romantic partner as cooking is a huge way of expressing her affection for people. She however stated that to get her attention, a man requires the ability and the willingness to always order food on her behalf.

Hilda Baci who owns and runs My Food by Hilda, a casual dining restaurant located in Lekki Lagos, is an immediate past holder of The Guinness World Records Longest Cooking Time by an Individual with a recorded nonstop cooking time of 93 hours and 11 minutes. Her record which was recognised in August, was surpassed in November 2023 by Irish chef Alan Fisher with a recorded time of 119 hours, 57 minutes. He also broke the record for the longest baking marathon (individual) with 47 hours and 21 minutes.
