A 17 year old male identified as Lawal Mori, a resident of Viniklang area in Girei Local Government Area of Adamawa state, has been arrested for having sexual relations with a cock. The teenager was arrested after another resident of Viniklang named Esther Dimas, caught him in the act of bestiality with the cock. Upon interrogation by the authorities, the suspect agreed that he sexually assaulted the cock but failed to state reasons for his deed.

Confirming the arrest, the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Suleiman Nguroje, said the state Commissioner of Police, CP Afolabi Babatola, who expressed worry at Lawal Mori's crime of bestiality which is unlawful and against the art of nature, directed for discreet investigation into the matter.
