Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has counter-sued singer Naira Marley even as she slammed him with a 1 billion naira suit.
It would be recalled that the 'Soapy' singer through his lawyer, Olalekan Ojo few days ago sued the thespian for what he called libelous publications over her stance on the death of ex-marlian signee, Mohbad. Naira Marley had through his counsel asked for a public apology as well as 500 million naira in damages.

Iyabo Ojo has now alleged she was not served the papers, brandishing the social media post by Olalekan Ojo a means to damage her reputation.
She also stood by her statement that Naira Marley bullied and caused trauma to the late Mohbad. She promised to avail the court evidences he laced her children food with hard drugs.
Iyabo Ojo through her lawyers furthermore demanded 1 billion naira in damages.
She wrote with the receipt of her litigation:
"MY RESPONSE TO THE LETTER FROM MR OLALEKAN OJO SAN DELIBERATELY CIRCULATED OVER SOCIAL AND PRINT MEDIA WITHOUT DESERVING COURTESY TO SERVE ME.
"I look forward to hearing from them at no distant time, please.
