Man Kills Court Clerk Who Came To Serve Him Court Summons

 The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested a 43 year old man identified as Linus Dimas, from Kugama Wuro Jibir, Mayo Belwa Local Government, for killing a court clerk who went to serve him a court summon. 

 

The spokesperson of the state police command, SP Suleiman Nguroje, in a statement says on December 18, Dimas rejected the court summons served to him from Yauba Usman, a staff of Nasarawo Jereng Area Court and stabbed him with a knife severally thereby inflicting deep cuts on him.

According to Nguroje, the court clerk was immediately rushed to Hospital but was confirmed dead.

Nguroje revealed that the state Commissioner of Police has directed that the case be discreetly investigated.
