A 32 year old woman identified as Tiffanie Lucas has been arrested in Bullitt county, Kentucky, for the murder of her two sons. According to the Bullitt county's Sheriff office, Tiffanie had shot and killed her two sons aged 6 and 9 at 11:00am on the morning of Wednesday 8th November, 2023. The boys were thereafter taken by ambulance to Norton's Children Hospital with police escort, where they eventually died.

Tiffanie Lucas who was arrested at about 2:43pm on the same day she fatally shot her sons, is currently being held on a $2 million bond and has been charged with two counts of murder. A gun believed to be the one used in the shootings, was found on the bed in Tiffany's bedroom. She has previously been charged with drug offenses, according to court records, with the most recent incident occurring in 2018. Bullitt County Police said the double murder remains an active and ongoing investigation. They could not detail any potential motive or disclose the moments that led up to the shooting. Friends expressed their anger and shock on Tiffanie Lucas’ Facebook page, where she frequently portrayed herself as a loving and devoted mom.
