Former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, has been granted bail by Justice Olukayode Adeniyi of the Federal Capital Territory High Court.
The judge at Emefiele's bail hearing today November 8, ordered that the former CBN chief be released immediately to his lawyers.
The judge also ordered the lawyers to produce him in court for his arraignment next week or at any time he is required to appear in court.

The judge also ruled that Emefiele must deposit his travel documents before the chief registrar of the court, pending his arraignment.
