At least 90 schoolgirls in a Kenyan school have fallen ill after having difficulties walking.
BBC reports that Kenyan health authorities have confirmed the incident, even as they said the health crisis is currently under investigation.
In the video available to Exola News, te female students from Eregi Girls High School, Kenya were seen having difficulty walking as they show symptoms of knee pain.
In the words of a regional director of education, Jared Obiero:
“The education department, the county government and public health department are giving a commitment that the children will be treated.”
Also, a senior official from the country’s Ministry of Education visited the school and assured the worried parents that the situation was under control.

Blood, stool and urine samples of the affected students have been sent to laboratories in a neighbouring city in the nation’s capital, Nairobi.
