Video:"It is Unacceptable for Nigerians to Wait for Months to Get a Passport" Minister of Interior Fumes

 Nigeria's minister of interior Honorable Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo while speaking at a briefing with immigration officials, expressed anger at the long wait time required for Nigerians to obtain a passport. Honorable Tunji-Ojo asked immigration officials to ensure that Nigerians no longer queue endlessly for travel passports. In his words: "Nigerians should not have to queue endlessly to get passports. No, this must stop. This is not the Nigeria of our dreams. I need to know the challenges the agency is facing.''

The minister further implored the immigration service to let him know of whatever challenges they encounter which hinder them from doing their jobs efficiently, as President Tinubu's administration was not interested in excuses. Mr Tunji-Ojo threatened to kick out anyone who cannot help Nigeria record progress. He stated: I am just returning from a meeting with the president. He is not interested in excuses. We must work and deliver. Anyone who cannot help Nigeria to record progress must be kicked out because we can actually be great."
