Veteran Nollywood actor, Yemi Lawerence Adeyemi better known as 'Suara', is dead. According to a statement released by his family on Monday, Sept. 25, he died on Sunday, September 24. The deceased was popular for his role as 'Suara' in the popular Super Story series, Oh Father! Oh Daughter which was produced by Wale Adenuga and aired to national recognition in the year 2001.
The statement released by Adedotoun Charles Adeyemi, son of the deceased Yemi Adeyemi reads; It is with a heavy heart but with total submission to God that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, Oluyemi Lawrence Adeyemi (Suara), who went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 24, 2023. We are consoled because we know that he has gone to rest. We kindly request that the family be allowed some privacy in this time of grief. More details about the burial will be communicated soon.”
