Bauchi's First Lady Forced to Go on Mud Walk

 First Lady of Bauchi state Hajiya Aisha Bala Muhammad was on her way to commission a healthcare center located in Jamdan village, trapped in deep flood that prevented the movement of her convoy. The first lady had been force to make a part of the trip on foot by wading through the murky waters.

Hajiya Aisha Bala Muhammad made the trip to Jamdan village and commissioned a primary health center which she handed over to the State Primary Healthcare Development Agency for ownership and management.The facility was built by the First Lady under the Majestic Foundation, a well-known donor organisation that supports women, youths and children all over the country. At the commissioning ceremony, Hajiya Aisha Bala Mohammed revealed that the facilities were provided by her Foundation to serve members of the communities medically, especially women, children and others.
