"Duduke" crooner, Simisola, wife of Adekunle Gold has drawn empathy from netizens to herself following her recent revelation about herself in a video.
Simi, a mother of one, welcomed her first and only child with her husband, Adekunle Gold in May 2020. Three years after, the singer has revealed that she has not been able to conceive thereafter.
In a video she shared online, Simisola disclosed that the birth of her daughter three years ago, caused some changes to her body; changes which might be responsible for her inability to get pregnant afterwards.
She further explained that her sight is also negatively affected. She started having blurred vision after the birth of her daughter; the eye problem according to an optician, would be corrected through glasses but it has persisted and aggravating.

In reaction, there was outpouring of prayer for the singer and her husband who had also disclosed his own health condition and how he has been able to manage it. Adekunle Gold had disclosed that he battles sickle cell anaemia; a condition that often times leaves him helpless.
