England Football Club, Chelsea is currently being investigated by the Premier League for potential financial rule breaches during Roman Abramovich's ownership of the club.
The new owners led by Toed Bohley reported the club to UEFA and the Premier League after their takeover last summer.
Even though the Premier League hasn't charged Chelsea yet but if they later gets charged and declared guilty, sanctions could include a fine or a points deduction.
It would be recalled that UEFA on July 28 announced they had fined Chelsea €10m (£8.6m) for "submitting incomplete financial information" between 2012 and 2019.

The 19-year ownership of Roman Abramovich as Chelsea owner came to an end in May 2022 due to political fallouts of the Russian-Ukraine war.
