Video: Northern Muslims stage anti-Davido protest burn his posters

 The controversy surrounding music video of Davido's signee has continued to rage in several parts of Northern Nigeria. 

Despite the musician deleting the controversial music video from his social media handles, some northern muslim faithfuls insist that the Nigerian music superstar must tender an unreserved public apology for demeaning the Islamic faith in the said music video. 

Recall that Exola Tv had reported that there were intense social media backlash  against Davido after he shared his signee's music video in which Muslim faith adherent prayed at a mosque. The prayers would subsequently dance merrily to the song in a manner disgruntled northern muslim consider immoral or disrespectful to Islam .

Hence, in their bid to register their anger against Davido, posters bearing images of Davido at malls in Maiduguri have been torn down and burnt. The protesters maintain that Davido aside deleting the said video, must apologize to the Muslim faithful in Nigeria.
