Teenager Travelling To Europe Nabbed With Drugs Hidden Inside Crayfish

 A 19-year-old student identified as Benjamin Nnamani Daberechi has been arrested by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for attempting to export 7.2 kilograms of methamphetamine concealed in crayfish to Europe.


Daberechi was traveling to Europe for his undergraduate studies on Wednesday 12th July, when he was intercepted during an outward clearance of passengers on Turkish Airlines flight TK 0624.

Daberechi during interrogation claimed he was a student on his way to Cyprus for studies, a thorough search of his luggage, 7.2kg of whitish substance neatly concealed inside a sack of crayfish was found in his luggage.


A field test of the substance was done and it returned positive to Methamphetamine.
