"Take it down now or else! " actor Ali Nuhu sends warning to Davido over music video

 As the controversy surrounding Davido's signee's music video continues to rage, speculations have it that Kano State and Sokoto State have unofficially banned Davido's content in the state; hence, the residents of the states have been reportedly urged to avoid listening or streaming Davido's content. 

This comes a few hours after Kannywood actor, Ali Nuhu Mohammed took to his social media handle to vehemently warn Davido over the controversial music video. According to the actor, the music video which shows men at a mosque praying and thereafter danced to the artiste's song, is "is totally unacceptable in Islam". 

He noted that content Creator must strive to prevent disrespecting people's religious belief and tradition in their bid to thrive in their content creation. He further urged Davido to take down the music video immediately.

Interestingly, Davido seems to have developed thick back against the out pouring criticism from northern Muslims. The musician subsequently shared a video of himself dancing to the said newly released song by his signee.
