Mikel Obi bags political appointment from governor of Plateau state

 

Ex-Nigeria international and Chelsea FC legend, Mikel Obi has been offered a political appointment by the governor of Plateau state, Caleb Mutfwang.

According to report, Mikel Obi and Jude Abaga (MI) were appointed honorary advisers to governor Caleb Mutfwang.

Whereas Jude Abaga (MI) is to serve as governor Caleb Mutfwang's honorary adviser on entertainment, Mikel Obi is appointed honorary adviser on sport.

Mikel Obi who hails from Anambra State, was born in Jos, Plateau state capital. He had his primary and secondary school education in Jos. And also started his football career at Plateau united FC before making a move to Norwegian club, Lyn in 2004 at the age of 17.
