Man who went to a Lagos market with a mirror, bent and looked through his legs to see spirit shares his experience

 

An African old myth says when one visits a market with a mirror and looks at the mirror through one's legs, one is bound to see nonhumans: spirit and ghosts whose legs hang in the air despite walking on the ground; or being fatally struck by an invisible supernatural power.

As viral as this myth is, only a few have attempted to confirm its reality. 

A Twitter user @Oluwasheffy narrated that he visited a popular market in Iyana Paja, Lagos to test the realness of the myth. 

The Twitter user declared that he has proven that the myth is a mere superstitious and hold no closeness to reality. According to him, nothing bad will happen to whoever looks at a mirror at a market through his legs. 

He tweeted, “I’ve gone there and prove them wrong nothing absolutely nothing will happen to you.”

His statement was trailed by varying degrees of reactions:
