Veteran musician and social activist, Charles Oputa, more known as Charly Boy has promised to walk naked on the street if the Labour Party candidate in the February 25 presidential election, Peter Obi, emerges wins at the Presidential Election Petition Court.
Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress APC was declared the winner of the election by the nations electoral body, the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC and he was subsequently sworn-in as the President.
Not satisfied with the declaration, Peter Obi and the Labour Party approached the court to challenge the victory of Tinubu.

Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) also approached the PEPC to challenge Tinubu's victory.
Charly Boy on his Twitter handle on Wednesday, wrote that he would strip himself to jubilate if the tribunal announces Obi’s victory.

“When Tribunal announce say Peter Obi don win even before the case reach Supreme Court, wetin you go do dat day?
“For me, I go naked waka from one end of Bodillon to Falomo [sic].
