Breaking: Wike suffers betrayal from Tinubu, name dropped from ministerial list after DSS refused him clearance

It is being SPECULATED that former governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has been denied clearance by the Department of State Security Service (DSS) to become a member of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's cabinet.

According to report making the rounds on social media, Wike and former governor of Kano State, Ganduje were invited by Tinubu and were informed that the DSS has refused to grant them the needed clearance to become ministers in his cabinet.

According to the speculation, wife of the Nigeria's president, Remi Tinubu is behind Wike's ordeal as she had objected to Wike being named in the ministerial list.

Also, Magnus Abe, a longtime associate of president Bola Tinubu is expected to take Wike's place.

The unnamed source revealed that Wike at hearing President Tinubu's reason, threw tantrum, accusing him of betrayal despite his immense contribution to Tinubu's presidential victory. He added that he has also made several enemies in consequence.

"Nomination for ministerial position has been withdrawn. The withdrawal affects him and 3 other nominees, including Ganduje", the unnamed source stated.
