BREAKING: PSG Coach Arrested For Racism Against Blacks, Muslims


 The manager of French football club, Paris Saint-Germain, Christophe Galtier has been arrested and detained by the police in France for racism.


 Galter, 56 was arrested in connection with an inquiry into claims of discrimination at OGC Nice.


His son, John Valovic-Galtier, was also summoned by the lead investigators in the case


 ESPN reports that a leaked email published by the French media had former Nice director of football, Julien Fournier accusing Galtier of saying "there were too many black and Muslim players in the squad".

As part of the investigation, searches were carried out at the headquarters of Ligue 1 side Nice, with some players and prominent figures off the pitch including club president, Jean-Pierre Rivere been interviewed within that process.




Galtier on his part vehemently denied the claims of discrimination levelled against him.


Part of the accusations was Galtier using derogatory, racist, and insulting comments about Muslim players when he was at Nice, leading to him being detained by the authorities.


Galtier was accused of saying in an email about his former OGC Nice squad: 


" You have built a team of scum. There are only blacks and half the team go to the mosque on Friday".


Galtier has now threatened to take legal action against those who are damaging his reputation after he released a statement through his lawyers that maintained his innocence.
