The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal continuous hearing of Peter Obi and Labour Party petition against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and Bola Ahmed Tinubu today.
Yesterday, Obi's counsel sought for adjournment of the hearing to today over the unavailability of two prominent members of his legal team.
Today, June 1st, 2023, Obi's legal team arrived with election materials from Benue state, Rivers State, Cross River, Edo state and others states where Labour Party and Peter Obi allege electoral malpractice by INEC to favour the APC and its candidate.
