Netizens and FBI womb watchers have once again x-rayed and discovered a baby bump. This time, the subject of the examination was Nollywood actress Rita Dominic Anosike. The actress had posted pictures of herself wearing a flowing red dress with netizens immediately claiming to have spied a growing baby bump in one of the photos. They instantly flooded Rita's social media page with congratulatory messages. They have been repeated assumptions of Rita Dominic being pregnant in the last year since her marriage in 2022. In fact, the internet had been agog with stories of the actress giving birth to twin daughters until she had put up a post to quell the rumours.

On 5 April 2022, 47 year old Rita Dominic announced her engagement to Daily Times publisher, Fidelis Anosike. The announcement was immediately followed by various motivational quotes by netizens. Rita and Fidelis traditionally tied the knot on 19 April 2022. The traditional ceremony which attracted a great deal of social media attention and was heavily graced by Nigerian celebrities, held in Imo State, Rita Dominic's state of origin. In November 2022, Rita Dominic's married Fidelis Anosike at a church in England, in attendance were Kate Henshaw, Chioma Chukwuka and a select Nollywood stars.
