26 year old Michael Kibet Chemirmir, an ICT and Telecommunication First Class graduate from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya, has committed suicide over his unemployed state after graduating university with a First class degree. The 26 year who left university two years ago got frustrated after all efforts to find employment proved abortive. According to reports, Michael Kibet committed suicide at his brother's home in lessos by hanging himself outside the compound.The locals who had been really shocked at Michael's suicide, described the young man as "a very humble boy and very responsible too"

Until he committed suicide, Kibet had lived with his mother, a retired nurse and widow, who had singlehandedly raised her children after the death of her husband. The body of the deceased was moved to Samaritan Funeral Home in Kaps youabet. Michael Kibet Chemirmir will be laid to rest on Friday June 9, 2023 at his family home in Chepsangor Nandi Hills.
