Immediate past Nigeria's minister of Labour for State, Festus Keyamo (SAN) was today humiliated by Federal High Court sitting in Abuja today.
In a case he filed against Atiku Abubakar and was dismissed by the presiding judge,Justice James Omotosho, Festus Keyamo sought the court to compel the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) and the Independent Corrupt Practices And Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) to investigate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar over corruption indulgence.
In his ruling, Justice James Omotosho described the suit brought by Festus Keyamo as “frivolous, vexatious and abuse of court processes". It further imposed five million Naira apiece fine on Festus Keyamo and directed that the fine should be paid “at 10 per cent per annum until the cost is finally liquidated.”.

In his reaction, Festus Keyamo disclosed that he aims to appeal the decision of the High Court.
