Yomi Fabiyi Calls For The Arrest Of Princess, Her Neighbour Over Sperm Allegedly Found On Adopted Daughter's Body, Queries Legality Of Adoption, Writes Police, Sanwo-Olu (Read Details)

 The last may not have been heard of the animosity between Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi and comedianne Princess over the Baba Ijesha saga.

It would be recalled that Yomi Fabiyi and Princess Adekola were at daggers drawn over the rape and assault allegation levelled against comic actor, Baba Ijesha.

While Yomi Fabiyi appeared to take a stand against the total demonisation of Baba Ijesha and the enforcement of his fundamental human rights, Princess the foster mother of the alleged victim saw to it that Baba Ijesha was imprisoned for sexual assault.

Months after the conviction, Yomi Fabiyi has now called for the arrest of Princess Comedian for alleged complicity and her neighbour for actual rape.

He wrote on Instagram:

"OPEN LETTER to COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, LAGOS POLICE COMMAND HQ, IKEJA. @nigeriapoliceforce @lagosstategovt @policeng_lagos @adejobimuyiwa

"Your Excellency, 

"BABA IJESHA’S MATTER - PETITION AGAINST A HARBORED PEADOPHILE BY PRINCESS COMEDIAN: CALLING FOR ARREST AND PROSECUTION OF DAMOLA ADEKOLA, PRINCESS COMEDIAN AND COHORT

He also wrote to Governor Sanwo-Olu below;

"PETITION: CALLING FOR ARREST AND PROSECUTION OF DAMOLA ADEKOLA, DAMILOLA ADEKOYA a.k.a PRINCESS COMEDIAN AND COHORTS.

 "Congratulations on your re-election sir, it was a deserving mandate. I wish you the best in your imminent second term. However, as the caption suggest, it is pertinent I go through this means of open letter as the previously written were not replied for reasons I don't know and I don't want this to suffer same fate. 

"A quick flashback, few days after Baba Ijesha was SET UP/LURED and arrested, test was conducted on the girl(victim) and "SPERM" was found in her private which definitely not for Baba Ijesha. The victim accused one DAMOLA ADEKOLA of having multiple sex with her in a long time, he was arrested, investigated and he invariably gave a voluntary confessional statement to having sex with the purportedly 14year old. As we speak, he may have resumed his act on the girl since he was let off the hook by God knows who or why. 

"Princess Comedian the victim's Foster mother is "ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT", she also has many cases to answer in this matter if the honest justice and procedure are allowed sir.
