Reports have it that Manchester United first team goalkeeper, David De Gea has agreed to extend his contract with the giant Premier League team.
David De Gea contract with Manchester United expires this summer; however, the Manchester club has an option to extend it for a period of twelve months. Interestingly, with his current contract winding down and in which he earns more than 350,000 pounds weekly at the club, the club and David De have agreed on a new long-term contract that will keep the Spaniard at the club for more than three years.
The 32-year-old Spaniard will however received a huge cut on his current take-home from the club.

At the news of his pay cut, some football lovers speculated that the decision was due to David De Gea recent error which led to their defeat against West Ham united during a Premier League game.
