Hilda Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci is bent on breaking the Guinness record for the longest hour of cooking by an individual. A trending video online showed moment wife of Labour Party's presidential candidate, Margaret Obi stormed the restaurant of the now famed chef.
Interestingly, on Monday at 8:32 Am, Baci has cooked for 88hours and 32 minutes to better the previous record held by an Indian chef, Lata Tondon in 2019. Lata Tondon had held the record after cooking for 87hours, 45minutes.
Nigerians have been supporting Hilda with prominent persons such as Margret, Tiwa Savage and Dremo physically showing their support. Also, the record breaking chef's restaurant has become agog of people.
