Popular Nigerian hip hop turned gospel singer as well as MTN project fame winner, Chidinma Ekile fondly called Miss Kedike, has revealed that she was born blind and couldn't see for days.
In a video posted on her YouTube channel, Chidinma disclosed that the her condition was critical as every effort for her eyes to see after birth "proved abortive".
According to her, since all medical options explored by her parents ended in futility, her parents resorted to seeking God's intervention. Interestingly, God answered her parents prayers and she gained sight. In consequence, her mother entered an agreement with God for His giving her child sight to see.
In her words: “We had to resort to God, here is my mum, being a prayer warrior; she just started praying all of a sudden, started fasting from nowhere. These were things my parents were never used to but they had to because of the situation. And eventually, I started to see.

“I remember that my mum, according to her, had promised to give me back to God, if God could help her solve that problem.”
