Stephen Muoka a Nigerian who went viral during the collation of results during the presidential elections with took on Saturday February 25th 23, for counting votes by repeatedly chanting different accolades in happiness with the results which seemed to favour the Labour Party's presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi, has warned the public to desist from using the "Eluu P" expression in brands and other means contradicting trademark laws. "Eluu P" is a derivative of the initials of the political party, Labour Party.

Stephen Muoka who has been nicknamed "Eluu P 75/76" or "Eluu P Boy" as a result to the recorded video which garnered attention from the public, released a letter via his solicitors stating that he had begun the process of trademarking the various derivatives of "Eluu P" and as such, the general public as well as brands are to desist from using the expression "Eluu P" for commercial purposes or ventures. The solicitors further warned that person who fails to adhere to the instructions in the letter, will be made to face the wrath of the law.
