Hiba Abouk, wife of Paris Saint Germain star, Hakimi was startled by the discovery that her ex-husband whom she sought to separate, kept all his wealth in his mother's name.
The legal implication is that the PSG star has nothing as wealth to his name but to his mother.
Hiba Abouk had expected that half of the player's wealth will be allocated to her by the court. However, Hakimi's maneuvering meant that his ex-wife is richer than him.
Hiba Abouk was accused by some of seeking divorce from the PSG star for the material gains had he not kept his wealth in his mother's name which she was oblivious of.
Interestingly, while speaking in an interview with Elle Magazine, rebuffed the speculation that she dough divorce from Hakimi due to his wealth. She state that she has zero liking for materialism.
Hiba Abouk said: “I have zero attachment to material things”
She added: “I left home with one hand in front and the other behind, without the support of my family. But I had to do it because my environment wasn’t going to allow me to grow or be free.
“It was either my life or theirs, and I decided to fight for myself.
“When you separate, you restructure your life, but it is also nothing special: you have to remove iron from the matter.
She suggested that her ex-husband, Hakimi failed in caring and showing her love.
