A Facebook user with the name Uchenna Idoko took to her page to narrate how the Labour Party's presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi helped her get on a flight she would have missed by giving up his seat on the plane. Uchenna Idoko revealed that she had nearly missed the flight as a result of multiple rescheduled flights by the airline and was unfortunately informed at the airport that there were no longer any available seats on the craft.

Uchenna Idoko further stated that the rescheduled flights had been moved around within the hours of 11:00am and 6:00pm while she had been stuck at the airport the entire time. According to her, just as she had been about to cause a scene with the flight attendants, the hostess went to her and informed that a passenger had offered to give up his seat on her behalf. Uchenna discovered that the passenger who offered a stranger such a kind gesture was none other than Mr Peter Obi.
Uchenna Idoko reported that the politician had to return to the waiting room in order to find another available flight after giving up his seat. She also wrote that she had prayed for Mr Peter Obi throughout the duration of her flight while marvelling at his kindness and selflessness.
