The spokesman of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), Presidential Campaign Council, Festus Keyamo, has disclosed why the Labour Party, (LP), presidential candidate, Peter Obi cannot easily demand the court to be declared winner of the presidential election.
According to Keyamo, he said Peter Obi must first fight the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), candidate, Atiku Abubakar to prove he came second.
He said after proving they came second, then they can wrestle the position of the presidency with the President-Elect, Bola Tinubu.

In a tweet he wrote, he said that, “Peter Obi & Labour Party cannot even come to court & ask to be declared winner straightaway.
“They have to first fight PDP in order to prove they came second, before they can have the temerity to face Bola Tinubu. So, there is no room for cooperation between Labour & PDP in court.”
Festus Keyamo, also claimed that the opposition parties lost the presidential election because they failed to form an alliance.
