Controversial governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has intensified his taunting of the presidential candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and his allies.
Governor Nyesom Wike who has become controversial for his dictatorial tendencies, is accused of manipulating the presidential results of the Rivers State in favour of the APC. He is said to have reached a pact with the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu the eventual winner of the controversial February 25th presidential election.
Wike in his recent public appearance, vowed to frustrate the PDP's chairman, Ayu Iyorcha and Atiku Abubakar out of the party.
Interestingly, his recent statement while taunting the PDP's presidential candidate and national party's leadership, has been adjudged to mean his publicly admitting his alleged influence on the Rivers State presidential election results.
Wike stated that his resolve for power to come to the Southern part of the country has been justified by the outcome of the presidential election in which the Labour Party and the APC dominated the PDP in decisive states.
