A mutilated body of a pregnant woman has been discovered in Benue State. It was gathered that the young woman’s corpse was found dumped near Judges Quarters in Makurdi, Benue State.
The body of the pregnant woman was found after her foetus
was removed and carted away.
This is coming just a few days after the police recovered the corpse of an
undergraduate in the same area.
According to reports, the woman was mentally ill and had for years been roaming the vicinity, with sources
claiming that her killers tore her tummy open and went away with her foetus.
The Benue State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Catherine Anene,
while confirming the incident, noted that the body has been removed.
