“EFCC Help Me Arrest And Jail Him” – Aisha Yesufu Reacts To The Allegation That Her Husband Stole From The NHIS

 Activist and Bring Back Our Girls Co-convener, Aisha Yesufu has finally reacted to rumors that her husband embezzled public funds.

Aisha was reacting to a tweet that inferred that her husband, Aliu Yesufu stole from the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).

Mrs. Yesufu had reacted to Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai's statement that he has never stolen government money whence she wrote:

“Stealing money is not the only form of corruption. Nepotism is worse,” Aisha wrote.

Her tweet prompted a Twitter user to write: “Your husband wey steal for NHIS nko?”

This was a reference to a claim made by another Twitter user in 2020 that Aisha Yesufu's husband took 7 cars away with him when he left the NHIS.

Aisha while reacting to the allegation, tweeted:

“Make una help me arrest am and jail him! @officialEFCC can’t be so useless that they cannot arrest this my so call ’husband’."
